I am an artist living and working in East London.

My creative practice consists of drawing, the written word, filmmaking and painting. Grounded in an ethnographic methodology, my work interrogates the deeply personal yet universally shared experiences of the domestic sphere, the passage of time, the emotional weight of memorabilia, identity, and love. At the core of my research is an ongoing investigation into how acts of radical self-care and radical self-acceptance can serve as tools to disrupt systemic oppression and raise our collective consciousness.

I view each artwork I produce not merely as a static object, but as a poem or a love letter dedicated to a specific intersectionality of our lived experiences. To create work about self-care and love within a marginalised or complex identity is, in itself, a radical act. My practice seeks to validate these quiet histories, framing the vulnerable spaces of inner life as sites of profound political resistance. Going forward, I am expanding this framework to explore our human relationship to space, specifically looking at place-making as a crucial mode to address social, spatial, and environmental injustices.
